The second part of a multi-phase master plan consisted of the construction of a new, ground-up service building at the existing dealership. Site access and safety played an important role as the dealership remained open during construction. The new service building more than doubled the space of the previous facilities and includes two service reception lanes, 22 service bays, expanded space for service advisers, customer lounge, employee break and locker rooms and over 4,000 square feet for parts and records storage.
