An exciting renovation of a 5,800 square foot historic fire hall and construction of a 2,200 square foot 3-story addition providing space for restrooms and mechanical rooms. A rooftop deck was added that overlooks the town’s main thoroughfare to the north and the scenic Shiawassee River to the south. The repurposed space is more than just a vibrant, multistory bar and restaurant, it pays tribute to the history of the building and the people and purpose it previously served.
